| 3 | Eligibility and Entry Conditions Registration for these Qualifiers is open to residents of Singapore who have attained the age of 18. Employees of the Promoter and/or its related companies and/or any agencies associated with either these Qualifiers or the Regional Championships, and members of their respective immediate families*, are not eligible to participate in these Qualifiers ("Eligible Participant"). *"Immediate family" means spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural, or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee. In registering for these Qualifiers, all registrants warrant that they are Eligible Participants. Only one registration per person/email account will be accepted. Successful registrants will be notified either by email or telephone using the contact details provided by the registrant to the Promoter in registering for these Qualifiers within by 13 March 2008. | 4 | Timing and Structure of Local Qualifiers These Qualifiers will be held at EA PLAY 08 at the Marina Square Central Atrium ("Venue") and will take place at 09:00 (GMT) on 16 March 2008 and finish by 13:00 (GMT) on the same day. Participants will compete in groups of eight (8) participants ("Playing Groups") playing in one (1) rounds comprising of 15 minute matches using the "Instant Action" game type ("Playing Rounds"). Playing Groups will be selected randomly by the Promoter. The participant in each Playing Group having the highest accumulated score at the end of all Playing Rounds ("Winners") will progress to the Regional Championships, to be held at the Venue from 14.00 (GMT) on 16 March 2008.* * If there are less than sixty four (64) Eligible Participants registered for these Qualifiers then the Promoter may determine in its discretion how to structure these Qualifiers so as to determine, based on skill, which eight (8) participants progress to the Regional Championships. Tied Scores In the event of tied scores, the participant in each Playing Group eligible to progress to the Regional Championships will be determined based on which participant has the lowest number of accumulated deaths. In the event of the same number of accumulated deaths, tied participants will play a single match eliminator (pistol only) to determine who will proceed to the Regional Championships. |

Abusive or disorderly behaviour, including any use of harassing, negative, or profane language online, will not be tolerated and will also constitute grounds for immediate disqualification. |

| 7 | Prizes & Prize Conditions The Prizes and the order in which they will be awarded to the Winners of these Qualifiers are as follows:
(a) agree to be bound by the Crysis Regional Championships Rules; and (b) sign and return to the Promoter, on request, the Affirmation and Release. The failure to return such signed documentation by the commencement of the Regional Championships may, in the Promoter's sole discretion, result in the participant's eligibility to compete in the Regional Championships being forfeited, in which case another participant may be selected to compete in the Regional Championships. Unless satisfactory proof of age any other is also received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Winner and select another participant to participate in the Regional Championships. If the value of a Prize is specified in the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in that value. Except with the written consent of the Promoter, Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash Prizes cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether to provide such consent and is under no obligation to provide any reasons to any person for providing, or withholding, consent. | 9 | Taxes Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Winner receiving a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (i) inaccurate registration information, (ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, or incomplete (iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any communication network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, (v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of these Qualifiers, (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of these Qualifiers, (vii) any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by any participant or any other person as a result of or in connection with participation in these Qualifiers and/or any Prize, howsoever caused; (viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in connection with these Qualifiers. | 1 | Registration The eight (8) selected Qualifiers held in each of Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, South Korea and Taiwan ("Finalists") will, on accepting the prize to compete in these 2008 Crysis Regional Tournament Championship Finals ("Finals"), be automatically registered for the Regional Finals. This Tournament is a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winners. By accepting the prize to compete in the Finals, each Finalist agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and reaffirms and warrants to the Promoter: (a) that he or she is an Eligible Participant under the rules which governed the Qualifiers in which he or she participated; and (b) that he or she complied fully with the rules which governed the Qualifiers in which he or she participated. |

| 3 | Timing and Structure of Finals These Regional Finals will commence at 14:00 (GMT) on 15th March 2008 and finish at 20:00 (GMT) on 15th March 2008. Allocation of Groups and Sub-Groups The Finalists will be divided into two Groups - 'Group A' and 'Group B' - with both Groups having an equal number of Finalists from the Qualifiers held in each of the participating countries. Group A and Group B will then each by subdivided into four Sub Groups - 'Sub-Groups A1, A2, A3 and A4' and 'Sub-Groups B1, B2, B3 and B4 - which again shall each have an equal number of Finalists from the Qualifiers held in each of the participating countries. The allocation of Finalists into Groups and Sub-Groups will be conducted randomly. Round 1 The Finalists in each of Sub-Groups A1 to A4 will compete against each other individually in a sudden death play-off. The highest scoring player from each Sub-Group at the end of a 30 minute playing period ("Group A Grand Finalists") will progress to the Grand Final. Round 2 The Finalists in each of Sub-Groups B1 to B4 will compete against each other individually in a sudden death play-off. The highest scoring player from each Sub-Group at the end of a 30 minute playing period ("Group B Grand Finalists") will progress to the Grand Final. Grand Final The Group A and Group B Grand Finalists will compete against each other individually in a sudden death play-off comprising of three 30 minute playing rounds. | 1 | Registration The one (1) selected Qualifiers held in each of Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore ("Finalists") will, on accepting the prize to compete in these Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium War Invitational Tournament Championship Finals ("Finals"), be automatically registered for the Finals. This Tournament is a game of skill in which chance plays no part in determining the winners. | 8 | Prize Conditions The Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium War Champions must, as a condition to being awarded any Prize, sign and return to the Promoter, the Affirmation and Release. The failure to return the signed Affirmation and Release by any Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium War Champion may, in the Promoter's sole discretion, result in the entitlement to the Prize being forfeited, in which case another Grand Finalist may be selected as the winner of that Prize. Unless satisfactory proof of age is also received, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Finalist and select another Finalist to receive the Prize that the disqualified player would have been awarded were it not for his or her disqualification. The participant in each Playing Group who has eliminated their opponent will progress to the next Playing Round, where they will compete against another player using the same format. Losers will be eliminated from this Tournament immediately. This cycle will continue until the Semi-Finals. The losers in the Semi-Finals will compete with each other for the 3rd place title, while the winners of that Playing Round will proceed on to the Finals to compete for the 1st place title of this Tournament. |

| 5 | Format and Structure Participants will compete in groups of two (2) participants ("Playing Groups") playing in a single match eliminator using the "CUSTOM RACE DAY" game type ("Playing Rounds"). Playing Groups will be selected randomly by the Promoter. The participant in each Playing Group who has eliminated their opponent will progress to the next Playing Round, where they will compete against another player using the same format. Losers will be eliminated from this Tournament immediately. This cycle will continue until the Semi-Finals. The losers in the Semi-Finals will compete with each other for the 3rd place title, while the winners of that Playing Round will proceed on to the Finals to compete for the 1st place title of this Tournament. |
